Terms
The client acknowledges and agrees that ExitPoints.com and any other providers of information to the ExitPoints.com Web site exclusively own all the rights, title, and interest in and to the information provided through the Service and all proprietary rights in the information. Reproduction, distribution, and transmission of any information obtained from the Service is strictly prohibited, except with prior written permission from ExitPoints.com. The client further agrees not to use or permit anyone to use the information provided through the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
This Agreement supersedes all other agreements and understandings regarding this subject matter and is governed by the state of Texas and United States law without regard to conflict of laws and provisions thereof.
Data Updates
The client understands that system updates occur as queued batch processes. For example, ExitPoints.com is currently updated as a queued batch process, therefore the ExitPoints.com Web distribution does not occur in the system until a specified time. ExitPoints.com reserves the right to modify the processing times at any time without notice.
Payment Policy
All services are billed by quarterly prepayment via credit card through PayPal or via check drawn on a brokerage account or a United States Bank. Service is activated after electronic receipt of subsciption activation via PayPal or upon processing of check payment. The minimum contract is three months or one annual quarter. Once an order is successfully submitted, the client is subject to the Refund Policy (see below). All monetary transactions will occur in $ U.S. dollars. No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax by us. Payment is paid each quarter (If the account was established at the end of the billing cycle, anniversary dates may be adjusted.)
ExitPoints.com reserves the right to change the pricing schedule at any time upon notice via email of the change.
Renewal Notifications and Billing Schedule
ExitPoints.com will email renewal notices along with a button to pay for the same subscription 14 days prior to the expiration of the subscription. Please pay attention to all communications from ExitPoints.com refering to this subscription.
Account Reactivation
To reactivate an account you will need to resubscribe to the service via the website. Please call 800-410-1535 if you have any difficulty with the registration process.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments are non refundable and are considered fully earned. If the client decides to cancel, the service will disallow access at the end of the prepaid period.

Neither ExitPoints.com or anyone else involved in creating, producing, or distributing ExitPoints.com warrants that it will satisfy the users requirements or that the product and/or data will be error-free. This product and any related data is distributed 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither ExitPoints.com or anyone else involved in creating, producing, or distributing ExitPoints.com or any providers of information make any warranties, express or implied, as to the use or the results to be obtained from use of any information including, without any limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Neither shall ExitPoints.com or anyone else involved in creating, producing, or distributing ExitPoints.com nor any of its providers of information have liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the service, or for delays in providing the information, or omissions therein. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost savings, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if ExitPoints.com had been advised of the damages. ExitPoints.com will provide every effort in good faith to ensure that its services are available with minimal service interruptions.
